medibank和mbf哪个好些

我现在用的是medibank，可能是因为他们讲华语的职员多，所以感觉办事问问题还比较方便。

不过被坑过一次，去年12月底的时候我把我的access fee从500变成250，那个职员居然不提醒我变更access fee也是有一年等待期的。。。。
