这个问题不难解决。首先你要带你的旧中国护照和你现行的澳洲护照，找一位国际公证律师，做一份证明文件，证明你在国内的真正身份，包括姓名、出生日期等事项。然后委托在澳洲熟悉中国法律的国际公证律师草拟一份授权书，授权你国内可信的人，或你国内的代表律师向该单位追讨。该授权书必须用中文书写，经过国际公证律师见证，然后到澳洲外交部认证，再寄到堪培拉的中国大使馆认证。做完这个程序后，你便可以寄回中国委托你信得过的亲人或律师向该单位追讨。

根据1982年邓小平同志的指示，任何人士或机构（包括官方机构）均不可以吞占其他人资产的。如果你再有困难的话，可以要求驻堪培拉的中国大使馆出面，代你收回10万元的股票, 或向当地的侨务办代你处理拿回该股票的手续。或者你可以直接跟本律师联络。

如果你需要本律师办理身份证明的话，收费是550元，包括草拟一份身份确认书，并公证，再经过澳洲外交部及中国大使馆认证。
你必须提供以下的文件：-
1. 现行的澳洲护照
2. 先前的中国护照
3. 中国户口簿
4. 当时买股票的证明文件

如果你需要本律师依据国内法律草拟授权书，授权国内的亲人领回该十万元股票，本律师的收费也是550元，其中包括草拟中文授权书，并公证，再经过澳洲外交部及中国大使馆认证。
你必须提供以下的文件：-
1. 现行的澳洲护照
2. 户口簿或前护照证明你的中文名字
3. 持有10万元股票的证明文件
4. 你委托的国内亲友的中国身份证复印件、地址及联系电话等

另外，因国内每个地方的办事要求会有差异，本律师不清楚你在哪个城市办事，如果你能与当地相关部门联系，并提供具体要求，本律师则可以按照当地要求办理你的授权书或其他法律文件。
