我的OPTUS二年CAP已到期，想取消服务并保留号码，应该如何做呢？

那更简单了，如果你套餐到期了，直接跟你的公司说你要换PLAN,如果没到期，就比较麻烦，一般你升级套餐也就是把便宜的套餐往上升一个档次，那么没什么问题，如果是要往下降，那就非常困难了，除非你愿意付补偿金，但是付下来也和你目前的套餐费用差不多。
