单人房一间，有自己独立使用的卫生间浴室，大窗户，下午阳光很好。出门5分钟有免费tram，平时家门口也有city council的免费bus可以到阿大，地点在sturt street。

房子一共两层，楼上住一男生（1间），一女生（一间），楼上有他们share的卫生间和浴室。
楼下是要出租的房间，独立使用的卫生间和浴室，厨房，客厅，晾衣服的小院子。


房间本身并不大，但房间里有个很大的嵌入式衣柜，能放下好多东西。


楼上有空调，楼下没有，不过因为是砖房，楼下比外界的温度要低很多，夏天不会很热。


房间在10月中旬大概十一号十二号左右可入住，具体时间可以商量。希望能长租，短租到年底的暂时不考虑，抱歉哈。
