309读TAFE应该没优惠的，毕竟不是PR。而你拿到100配偶移民PR以后读TAFE是免费的哦，只有个自己的书本费。你拿到PR和学校的录取offer后，可以咨询当地银行，是否可以做free interest的education loan。
