2） 传闻Bond能拿回一半就很不错了，这是真的么？
3） 可以签多久的合同呢？ 是不是如果合同期未满，中介还会收取一些广告费什么的？如果续签的话，中间要检查房子扣Bond么？
4）还有其他需要特别注意的地方么？
