如题所示，房间的短时出租，大概12weeks，因为屋主年底要回国，所以低价出租了~~~！
网络是TPG的无流量限制网络，可以放心随意的使用，下载游戏电影等大型文件完全没有问题。
房子本身是一个3大1小的四室房，厨房一间，浴室和厕所也是分开的，不用担心会产生共用问题。
房子本身的家具齐全，冰箱洗衣机都可以正常使用。厨房的厨具包括电饭煲，烤面包机也可以使用。
交通问题因为门口就是公交车站可以说是很方便，本身也有一条停车的过道，停个3-4辆车完全没有问题。
要出租的房间内包括衣柜、书桌、一张double bed、床头柜、简易衣架、杂物筐，日常需求的东东一应俱全。
有一点需要提醒，房间内有吊扇和立式的电风扇但是没有空调= =希望各位体谅。。。电费用不起和空调也买不起啊:'(
