12月中旬短租city好房

这套公寓我住的是次卧，但是有一张双人床。过道有橱柜也是我自己独立用的。有一个独立使用的卫浴，所以对于那些想拥有自己卫浴的小伙伴们来说很方便。
地理位置在north Adelaide，是阿德整个city绿化最好的区域。公交车站就在家门口，出来就有，任意来一辆公车都可以3站抵达city中心的rundle mall，用时5分钟左右吧。
同时走路到阿大很近，20分钟之内就能走到学校，同时是沿着绿化草地走，环境很好。
屋子里还有一对couple室友，但是女室友已经回国，男室友在上班，所以不会有影响。
屋子现在每周的房租是180一周，网费20刀一个月，share电费，没水费，房东有可能会涨价，但是涨的不会太多。想在city内，20分钟抵达学校，同时拥有双人床以及独立卫浴还低于200一周的，很少很少了。
