This is a brand new, secure town house overlooking a beautiful reserve in the heart of Mawson Lakes, really close to the local shops and 1 minute walk, maybe 40 secs if you run, from the Mawson Lakes interchange (and you can't hear the train from inside the house).
This place would suit Uni SA (mawson lakes campus) students or someone who wants super easy access to public transport.
This room on offer is a furnished granny flat type room with a toilet/shower own its own entrance through the garage on the first floor. Will be $130 excluding bills (bills are for eg, internet, water, electricity, gas). So maybe would suit someone who enjoys to have their own space or has a different sleeping pattern. But you are welcome to spend your time as you wish on the 2nd floor where the living, kitchen, and balcony is.
I'm a Adelaide Uni student studying full time and I'm also working (shift work/casual). I consider myself to be a clean and tidy person, so would appreciate if my flatmates are the same in communal areas.
Unfortunately, this place is not for party animals as I’m either busy studying or working.
I'm hoping this place can be a 'home' for you as well to come back to relax in, and although I enjoy socialising, I will also respect if you want alone time. There will be common household rules to ensure everyone is happy.
