Position description Thesuccessful applicant will report and be mentored by our highly experiencedSenior Education Counsellor and will enjoy working in a fast-paced teamenvironment who strive on helping a wide range of clients/ students viamultiple contact channels. Key duties and responsibilities included but notlimited to: - - Basic knowledge of course information and entry requirementsfrom higher education sector - - Be able to work independently to provide information,advice, and support for international students who are seeking enrolments in Australianeducation institutions. - - Follow up with clients/ students on outstandingapplications, documentation and monitoring of offers, acceptances andenrolments - - Liaising with clients/ students to collect requiredinformation and documentation - - Ensure the consistent interpretation, implementation andcompliance with relevant legislation, institutional admissions and enrolmentpolicies, procedures and guidelines. - - Participate as part of a well-rounded high performing team todeliver efficient enrolment operations. - - Maintaining and updating accurate client/ student files - - Responding to emails, answering and redirecting telephone calls - - Use a variety of professional industry software packages toproduce documents, including Word, Excel and Outlook email correspondences. - - Deal with telephone and email enquiries and liaise withcustomers or organisations to make appointments - - Be able to perform any other duties when is required
