由于近期买了新房，需要转租现在住的两间房，地理位置非常好，出租的两间房子很大，现在家里有一个房客，两间大房间价格分别是：主卧150全包，次卧140全包。

房子地理位置很好，门口就有小公园，开车两分钟到Anzac highway 最大的Kurralta Park shopping centre，家门口就有加油站，然后走路六七分钟到kfc ,hungry jack.家附近就是Richmond primary school 。
公交方便，四面都有车241 720 167 168 都是第三站 ，10分钟内进城
