现在门打开了吗？如果还没打开的话就随便选择一个洗涤过程，就像你平时洗衣服一样，虽然里面没有东西，但是你照常洗就是了，选择一个快速的吧，等洗衣机自动运行完了门就可以打开了，如果再不行回个信息，再帮你想办法
