finding a single room near UQ (St Lucia, Dutton Park)

1. Location:
Walk to UQ not via any transport is the essential element (30 mins walk is the farthest).
Near the UQ citycat station is the best.
Near the citycat or railway station but just far away from UQ in 30 mins walk.
(Therefore, I don't need to very close the UQ and far away from transport.)

2. Room's style:
the Internet is the most important
Single is the best.
En-suite is better.

3. Price:
$150/w and below (including water, electric, gas, the Internet)

I'll arrive there on 3/15 morning from Taipei.
