My visa expired on 28/4/2012. It has been almost 2 months when I found it. I was busy studying and stressed around that time that I forgot to renew my visa.
the officer on the first floor told me that if I apply for extending the visa, it will be atomatically refused. Then he sent me to the 4th floor.
I got bridging visa E there.
After taking advises from professional lawyers and agents, I decided to appeal for MRT. I went to immigration office again and told them I still want to try to apply. They took the application and the fees and gave me a receipt.
But the questions are:
1. Will I hold Bridging visa E or C when going to MRT? It's the mid way of my study, I still have one year and a half to go. I have to finish my study. However on E, 'no study' is shown.
2. if i hold Bridging visa E, will my uni refuse to take me in? I got coe already. Can I get my graduation certification when I graduate in the future? Does it affect my study outcomes? |
