We have an available positionfor a full time Junior Property Development Officer  Will Suit:·        RecentArchitect or Building related graduates of an Australian University  General Job Scope:·        Drafting architecturalplans ·        Prepare designschedules & building specifications ·        Research planning anddesign requirements·        Research propertymarket ·        Conduct fieldinspections / Obtain quotes / Coordinator trades ·        Project management construction Requirements:·        Livein Australia for at least 2 years ·        Proficiency inAutoCAD and other design software ·        Holds a university degreein Building / Construction or Architecture ·        AustralianDriver’s license ·        Accessto a motor vehicle (preferred) ·        PRvisa or above (preferred)   Working Hours·        Flexible hours to suit your studies·        5 days per week (Monday – Friday, Possible Saturday 1/2 day)  Interested parties:Please send yourresume/ CV letter to: [email protected]Contact Number: 02 8188 1443
