We offer a wide range ofproducts to our customers such as guestroom soaps, shampoos, hotel slippers,paper products, garbage bags, pens, etc. Currently we are also doing a varietyof pharmaceutical and food desiccant sales.
The position · Explore business opportunities for both new and existing customers.Prepare and execute marketing plans for thecustomers to capture new business.
Develop contingency plan for the customers to sustain current business· Provide guidance and instructions to the suppliers on behalf of thecustomers to support market development · Follow up purchasing orders- starting from placing orders to suppliers and final delivery to localcustomer warehouse
The candidate
To accomplish the roles above, the following skills and experience arenecessary. · Experience in sales and marketing will be an advantage; preferably forlocal Australian market · Experience in customer service and working with suppliers will bepreferable · Strict requirement of very fluent English in both business and oralcommunication · The aptitude in writing and speaking of Chinese (Mandarin) would behighly considered · Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work cooperatively withothers of a strong team orientation · Demonstrate understanding and a commitment to excellence in customerservice · Computer literacy
