地点：Meeks Street, 走路到图书馆 5 分钟。安全：UNSW 学校shuttle bus直接到家楼下，楼下有电子门禁，出入安全。
房间状况：大窗户，阳光， 通风非常好。书桌，椅子，书柜，客厅私密性强，由两个大衣柜，以及书柜完美分隔， 安静舒适。交通：走路五分钟到Bus车站，直达City，East Gardens 和 Bondi Junction。
购物：走路5分钟到Kingsford饭店及IGA等华人超市,。 走路10分钟到Randwick Junction.
