一個房間的出租, 在一套三居室的Town House整幢房子最多3人住$250每週所有包括（網絡,水）床和書桌提供702 Anzac Parade, Kingsford
巴士站離家門口10米，
有大量的公交車到Circular Quay, Central, City 等等： 393,394,395,396,397,398,399 , L94 ,X94,X96,X97,M10公交車每5分鐘就有一班當然也會路過UNSW, 20-25分鐘的公交車到市區， 15分鐘乘坐市內非高峰期公交車
有Visitor停車場，也有大量的路邊停車
步行10分鐘到Marouba或Kingsford商店， 3-4分鐘車程到UNSW大學的公交車, 還有一個400路公交車到Randwick & East Garden

Bus stop 10 meters from the front door, there are vusese towards central and circular quay every 5 minutes 393,394,395,396,397,398,399,L94,M10, X94,X96,X97,X99 it is roughly 20 to 25 minute trip to the city, 15 minute bus ride to the city off peak, visitor parking available, there are also plenty of street parking avaliable, 10 minute walk to maroubra or kingsford shops 3-4 minute bus ride to UNSW main gate,
There is also a 400 bus stop that can take you to bondi, randwick and east gardens. Just short bus stroll to Maroubra beach.
