我12月毕业了，学生签证是3月15号过期，我现在还在国内，打算3月10号回到澳洲再申请485，可是刚刚发现学校发了这个关于VISA的通知：Your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) for your student visa has now finished. If you're still holding a student visa please contact DIBP on 131 881 as soon as possible to discuss your visa situation。这个是什么意思，现在我在国内没有办法打电话，这会影响我3月10号的入境吗？会影响485签证的申请吗？
