（请各位专家大侠帮忙分析，因为我也是从官网上看的，我的理解不一定准确。）
1.visa date of effect是不是代表处理到了eoi的最新时期，那么计算机还停留在在去年的8月20日，根据前几次发布发现，基本半个月的配额，仅仅更新了1周左右的时间。按照这个速度，即使现在提交189，那么也得今年下半年甚至更晚才能被邀请。
2.本人现在的情况是满足489的亲属担保，已经提交。但是note里边写的貌似亲属担保没有任何邀请，而且从10月份就是如此。那么是不是说六大职业的亲属担保基本就是关闭状态。（亲属担保还共享189的名额，必须得189处理完才轮到亲属担保）
3.请问我是不是应该申请一个489的偏远地区担保，反而能够更快的获取邀请。
而且就算4个7考出来了，是不是也应该申请190而不是189呢？
不知道这么分析对不对，请群里的朋友帮忙解答下。
（几个一起申请是不是也可以？）
