我去年申请过Medicare levy exemption了，今年没看到系统里要求继续申请啊，是不是默认已经申请过了啊？
另外请问哪里能申请amendment呢？谢谢

2010-2011的我申请过exemption了，但是去年没正式拿到exemption之前也退到钱了。
今年用软件退税的时候没看到提示需要重新申请，还以为不需要了呢。
好吧，我再一步一步来吧，多谢了。
顺便问一下amend有deadline么？
