Walking distance to Garden city shopping centre (7 mins or less); Express buses to City, UQ, GU,Logan City…many more etc. It’s a reallycomfortable and welcoming room, but, there is a Queen sized bed instead ofsingle. The room is equipped with: One queen sized bed,a bedside cupboard, study table with lamp, bookshelf, and built in big wardrobe.
Bathroom and toiletare separated to share with only 2 others. It’s a really tidyhouse with really friendly housemates. Thehousemates are so considerate that they don’t make loud noises in the house,and you can even walk barefoot (Just proves how clean the house is). Wifi (Telstra500GB), and all the bills are included. Single room is available from: 10 /21/ 2012 – 14/ 2 / 2013
