陪读签证打工时间

我现在读bechelor，我老公是陪读签证，请问他每星期有打工时间限制吗？移民局官网是这么说的，我是573的签证
Family members of students are not allowed to work until the student begins their course. They are allowed to work up to 40 hours per fortnight at all times. Family members of students who have started a masters or doctorate course on a subclass 573, 574 or 576 student visa may work unlimited hours.

不是已经说的很清楚了？如果你是读master或者phd，你老公没有打工限制；你读bachelor，你老公最多每个星期20个小时。
