　　　　我們要出租一間頗大的 Master Room，裡面有一張大 double bed，和獨立衛浴。
　　　　外部與我們共用客廳與廚房、冰箱、洗碗機、洗衣機，烘乾機，超齊全廚具。

【交通】走路１０分鐘到火車站 Centre Station，走路４分鐘到 Myer Centre 公車站。
　　　　交通方便，生活機能充足！

【購物】附近有 Myer Centre、Winter Garden Shopping Mall 以及 Queen Plaza ..等百貨公司
　　　　還有 Coles、Woolworth 和 Big W...等便宜超市。

【房租】兩個人 $360 一週，包水電無限網路，Bond 金只收兩週 $720 。

【入住】2013 年 1 月 15 日可搬進來住。我們希望找兩個女生或情侶當室友唷！

We are looking for two girls or a couple.
We are in 22 floor of the building in heart of the city.
We have 3 rooms in our house, it's a big master room available.  
There are swimming poor, gym and BBQ area in the building.

It is available from 15th Jan.

Rental : $360 per week, including all bills (water, internet and electronic..)
Bond : $720 ( 2 weeks rental) / 2 people
