1 furnished room is available in clean tidy share house just next to Hawken Village, very closed to UQ. The room includes a single sized bed, drawer and wardrobe. The rent is $182 per week (internet and electricity bills come separately, almost 190/w totally for this room).
The house has two bathrooms and toilets, ( you will be sharing with two other girls) large living room with kitchen, there is a swimming pool in front yard. Two under shed carports available. Very convenient for UQ students, only 5 minutes walk to UQ, 3 minutes walk to bus stops. Buses frequently available to City, Toowong and Indooroopilly. Plenty of restaurants and shops in Hawken Village. ?
