     SunnyBank hills鬼佬小区内的house，avenue隔壁，八分钟到130，五分钟走到135.四房的house，现在住四个人，三男一女，现有一双人间即将空出，六月九号可住。房间是双人床，入墙衣柜，书桌都有提供，适合学生。

     一共是两人共用卫浴厕所，四人共用厨房以及其他公共区域，所以房子空间很足。有一个很大的客厅跟一个很大的饭厅，客厅有沙发电视音箱，饭厅该有的也全有，生活质量还是蛮高的。网络是无限流量，水电网是全包的，门外有很大的空地可以停车，小区内环境也很好，绿树成荫，饭后散步什么的也不错。另外小区隔壁有小的购物区，华人餐馆超市都有，稍远一点有高尔夫练习场，饭后溜着弯去买东西或者去挥两杆都还也挺惬意。

     本人学生，租房子完全为了舒适，也没打算靠房子挣钱，所以不用担心房子拥挤，住的人超多。我们也不在家里折腾开party，所以也不用担心吵着你。有空过来看看房子，跟室友们聊聊天，重要的是相互之间合得来，不至于一回家各回各屋，各上各的网，那样就没家的感觉了。

     对室友要求很简单，吃晚饭自己刷碗，别太折腾就行。我也没洁癖，但收拾干净了，帮忙保持一下，大家看着都舒服。
