如何准备留学资料？

很是迷茫，什么也不知道，中介是国外的，联系也不方便，希望了解的人帮助一下啊，谢谢大家了！

可是中介提供的需要准备的资料清单不够详细，这里问一下“过来人”一下：

1、要我准备2寸彩照，照片底色要求是什么色的呢？
2、亲属关系证明，需要直系三代人的吗？
3、需要公正，去公证处就可以吗？
4、需要所有资料有英文对照本，去那里翻译呢？
5、国内大专已经毕业，如果提供此毕业证、成绩单等，申请TAFE是否受阻？（人家会不会不让我上TAFE，而是上本科呢？）

公正去公证处就可以了，公证处可以翻译，也可以给翻译的公证
