请问一下这里的processing timeframe,具体是什么意思呢? 是不是指从开始接受案件到最后结束(拿到绿卡),总共的时间. 还是说从开始接受案件到案件转到广州的时间?
我办理的是I130 Permanent resident filling for a spouse or child under 21.
