求整租一栋三人房价格不是问题进来看看条件

我们三个uq男生,想整租一个房子,不抽烟不喝酒不养宠物非常爱干净,要求如下:
1.房子要在UQ附近，auchenflower，indooroopolly，toowong的样子。或者，在sunnybank，但是要靠近M3的方向，sunnybank hills, eignt mile plains什么的就算了，清看清楚地理位置！！！！
2.房子至少可以停2台车。。因为我们已经有2台车了。。不知道第三个人会不会买车。
3.房子要求有家具。。微波炉什么的。。基本生活的条件。。还有空调～每个房间都要有，天气这么热你懂de。
4.房租最好全包，价格不是问题（要合理）。
5.最好是可以长租。。。我们会长租。。

4房townhouse整租，一个master room附带一卫浴和空调，另外一间double room，两间single room，客厅也有一部空调，另有一个隔开的厕所和浴室，两个车位的车库，客厅要比普通的双层townhouse大很多

房子有基本的家具，具体如下面附图所示，部分家具因情况有所不同，以作为owner的我们所说为准。$485每周，只包水，电和网另算

交通方便，小区门口就有132（可到Garden City），步行10分钟内到130，140，137，139等有主要公交线路的车站（可到达Sunnybank, GU, UQ 和City）和Coles等各式餐馆


部分情况特别说明：
小区有manager管理，以签合同交订金的方式每月按时交房租
当初我们转接上一手房客的时候，家具是我们花钱从上一手买的，所以我们仍要收取这部分费用
我们属于合同未到期，新房客等于续接这合同，今年6月到期后要再和manager续约或搬走，入住时要先和manager更新合同，就是更新房客的名字
网络是ADSL 2+，每月500G，130刀，电我们也弄好了，费用多少取决于房客如何使用，一个季度会有一封电费单寄过来入住时只需要转owner的名字，省了新房客很多麻烦
新房客入住前我们会搞好卫生
