Apartment位于Logan Rd麦当劳旁边，步行到Garden City 5 分钟，开车到Griffith 10 分钟。公寓门口也有公车直达City，交通非常方便
公寓内部也非常新。有2个房间，其中一间是Master Room，另一间也有自己专门的卫浴。结构非常合理，不会互相打扰。
租金$430/week，4月16日可入住。
我们现在的租约到8月份，因为有事需转让合约。8月份过后可续约。
公寓内现有全套家具，如需要可全部低价转让。也可不带家具。
