Sharing flat with fulltime female working professional.
House is clean and quiet. 1 room available includes queen size bed, desk and chair, build in wardrobe. 100GB interent.
must supply your own bed sheets and blankets.
$ 180 sharing bills or $ 210 a week including bills. 4 weeks bond.
$50 cleaning exit fee
Location: 95 Cornwall St: 3 mins walk to PA Hospital Bus Stop to UQ ( University of Queensland ).
1 min walk to city bus stop ( just cross the road)
6 mins walk to train station ( Dutton Park and Burandar)
20 mins walk to UQ St Lucia,
Shopping center accross the road ( eg: woolworths, target , nandos)
