小时候都是爸爸给我和妈妈做这道菜，没有地瓜的时节，就用土豆代替，有时候地瓜和土豆也一起下锅。



原料
地瓜 糖 油

地瓜去皮，入油锅炸透。锅中留少油，下白糖熬呀熬，熬到无颗粒、能出丝，加入还热着的炸地瓜快，快速翻、翻、翻，撒上芝麻，即可。
