We are now currently recruiting for a causal position of Manager Assistant in Mt Gravatt office to provide
assistance to the the property management and sales manager.

The successful candidate will use their initiative, drive and great communicate ability to multi task to
ensure smooth completion of administrative and assistance with a few basic accounts data entry
tasks.
Duty of position
Client services and maintenance through managing the phones and email
Maintain and update client data base
Filing documents and manage stationary
Paying and issuing invoices and bills
Incoming and outgoing mail
Basic check and cleaning the property site (around 0.5-1 hr/day)
Any other requirement from manager
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
Time Management
Planning and organisational skills
Sound verbal and written communication skills
Keen to learning and growing
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative.
Mandarin and English bilingual
