Fully Furnished unit: Air Conditioning in living area, living room and bedrooms are covered with carpet, comfortable furniture, large TV and even a PS3 for your refreshing after work or school. Large refrigerator. Modern kitchen with oven, microwave, dish washer and other utensils and lots of cupboard space. And a comfortable balcony outside the living room for your pleasant leisure live. Internal laundry with dryer in spacious bathroom.  

Your Room Includes: Single bed, mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe, curtain, ceiling fan and a remote control of light and fan.  

Unlimited Internet is included in the rent. Only bill to share is electricity. We don't need to pay water bill if not exceed the free quota (55 kilolitre/quarter). Normally just around $10/week for utilities, but it really depends on our consumption.  

Convenient to anywhere with bus stop just outside and train station several minutes walk away. Direct buses to UQ (427 & 428) and city (417) making this unit perfect for UQ students and people working in city.  

There is also a garage to park and protect your lovely car.  

Shopping Close by: Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, Grocery Stores, Pharmacy and various restaurants in Taringa business area.        

完全装修公寓出租，干净整洁。客厅有空调和大电视，还有一个PS3（不知道能不能用）。沙发、地毯、桌椅和冰箱一应俱全。厨房用具完善，空间也足够多。浴室宽敞，内含洗衣机烘干机。另有一个阳台可供小憩或晾衣服。
房间包含单人床和床垫，桌椅、衣橱、窗帘和吊扇，还有风扇和灯的遥控器。
房租包含无限流量的宽带和一定配额的水（55000升/季，不超就不用给钱），只平摊电费，每周大概$10，以具体使用情况为准。
交通便利，楼下就是公交车站，有车直接到UQ和市区。附近还有火车站，可以乘车到黄金海岸和阳光海岸。生活便利，附近有Indooroopilly Shopping Centre，在Taringa的商业聚集区还有其它杂货店、药店和各种餐厅。
公寓还有一个车库可以停放你的爱车。
