房东为一UQ小女生，大家一起share bills, 也可以一齐凑着吃饭啦。平时周末可以一起去sunnybank或者garden city大采购，坐房东的便车，不用拎得半死。。。
男女皆可，couple也可哈， 多加$40 per week。房间从七月份available，签约6个月。
