We are a well-established and successful businessseeking an enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to service an existingcustomer base. The role will suit a person who enjoys lots ofcustomer contact and gains satisfaction from delivering great service. About the Role The overall responsibilities for the positioninclude: · Make regular calls to existing customers and maintain positive andproductive relationships · Promote products and ensure that customers are familiar with thefull range of products available · Assist customers with product information and technicalspecifications; supply enquiries and if needed trouble-shoot and resolve issues · Some level of telemarketing is involved · Follow up customers by email · Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on issues andresolving problems Essential to the role would be excellentcommunication and negotiation skills, must be a team player, highly motivated,with a willingness to learn and a hunger to succeed. About You You will have experience in some sales that mayhave been gained in a similar role. More important than industryexperience will be a positive, can-do attitude and strong desire to service andsatisfy customers. Mandarin and fluent english speaking is a must. While qualifications are not essential, priortraining in sales and customer service will be highly regarded. Building &Construction supplies experience would be advantageous. You also will becomfortable with technology and have sound computer skills.
