A bookkeeper/admin support person is request to managing multi-companiesaccounts and directly report to director.
This is a great opportunity to work in a fast growing firm with friendly environment located at Brisbane CBD. The position is available for an immediate start.
Days/time – 10am to 6 pm - 4 days a week.
SELECTION CRITERIA · Essentialknowledge, Skills, Attributes: o Minimum qualification: Cert IV in bookkeeping oraccounting o Comprehensive knowledge/experience with QuickBooks online and Xero. o On hand experience on: § Invoicing § Accounts payable § Accounts Receivable § Bank reconciliations § Weekly payroll execution o Competence with MS Office products, especiallyExcel and Word o Excellent attention to detail o Good interpersonal skills, team player o Good oral and written English o Able to work independently without supervision o Honest and reliable o Able to handle multitask and deadline
· DesirableKnowledge, Skills, Attributes: o Experience in office environment in a similarrole o problem solver o Willingness to learn new skills o Ability to follow procedures andimplement/contribute to best practice
· AdvantageousKnowledge, Skills, Attributes: o Experience in assisting with preparation ofbudget, cash flow, financial reports and business activity statements o Higher level experience
