用冰水作冷湿敷或用非凝结性冷漠作应急性皮肤护理；外搽炉甘石洗剂、氧化锌剂或肤轻松乳膏；必要时同时口服扑尔敏、强的松及相应对症治疗。一般治疗两三天后症状开始消退而痊愈。

晒伤是皮肤的光毒性反应，对皮肤操作较大，会加速皮肤老化，使皮肤变粗糙，增厚，失去光泽，皮肤纹理增粗，提早出现皱纹与色斑。因此要小心阳光中的紫外线谨防皮肤晒伤。

西瓜皮敷肌肤

做法：把西瓜皮涂抹在晒伤的胳膊上反复擦拭，很快，西瓜皮的汁液就会被缺水的皮肤所吸。这样反复多次，皮肤的晒伤症状会减轻不少。如果用刮刀把西瓜皮刮成薄片，敷在晒红的皮肤上更有利于皮肤充分吸收瓜液。

原理：由于西瓜皮含有维生素C，敷在皮肤上具有消炎美白的功效，所以能治疗晒伤的皮肤。

茶水治晒伤

有关专家介绍，茶水最适合用来做紧急晒伤处理。

做法:用棉球蘸茶水轻轻拍被晒红处，这样可以安抚皮肤，减轻灼痛感。

原理：茶叶里的鞣酸具有很好的促进收敛作用，能减少组织肿胀，减少细胞渗出，对于轻微晒伤而没有暴皮的皮肤非常管用。

如果晒伤的面积太大，您也可以在家里的脸盆中加入浓茶，让晒伤的皮肤浸在水中多泡几分钟，效果会更显著。

化妆水冰敷

做法:先用蘸了化妆水的化妆棉敷面，要不断交替敷面。

原理：因为晒伤的皮肤极度缺水，补充化妆水有收缩毛孔、润泽皮肤的作用。

30分钟过后，您感觉怎么样？如果还要采用冰敷，您可以在化妆水中加冰块，或把化妆水放入冰箱冷却，然后取出已冻结的冰块，用毛巾包裹敷在脸上。

据有关人士说，症状较轻的晒伤，一般也要1～2天才会恢复，症状较重的则需要一周左右时间，所以要坚持治疗。
