About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator / Student Consultant to join our friendly and professional admin team. You will be the first point of contact and be the face of MIA. You will provide support to various levels of our organisation and build relationships with key stakeholders. The key duties for this position include but not limit to:
Maintaining the reception office
Greeting and assisting students and visitors
Orientation administration
Assisting other operational tasks
We are looking for someone who has the following qualities:
Flexibility (able to cover night shifts)
Ability to multi-task
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Good customer service skills
Good problem soslving skills
