We are looking for an individual that ideally has experience within the electrical wholesale sector for our full time permanent Internal Sales position in Brisbane.
Job tasks and responsibilities
• Customer Service – building strong relationships with customers and ensure that all customers receive a high level of service at all times.
• Day to day incoming phone sales
• Preparation of customer quotes
• Processing customer orders
• General admin duties
Skills and experience
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Excellent in English
• intermediate computer skill
• Be a Team Player
• The ability to multitask
• Previous Experience in a customer service position is required
• You have a positive, happy and can-do attitude to customers and fellow staff
