- 近Garden City和 Griffith大學Nathan校區

- 走5分鐘可到最近公車站 (到City/購物中心/校區都很方便)

- 寧靜安全社區

套房包含:

- 大浴室

- 大衣櫃/鏡子

- 雙人床/枕頭/床單/棉被/辦公桌椅/檯燈/木頭櫃子/洗衣籃

- 半透光遮廉(白天外面看不見裡面)/不透光遮廉(晚上外面看不見裡面)

- 熨斗/架

共同空間/廚房:

- 冷/暖氣

- 洗碗機

- 冰箱

- Smart TV (包含Netflix)

- 洗衣機

- 基本廚具/餐具(如果您不介意歡迎帶自己的廚具/餐具)

- 小屋外頭有曬衣架

套房租金:

- 押金 = 一個禮拜租金 (若退租沒在兩個禮拜前告知/或損壞物品硬體將不退回)

- 單人入住 = 一週$200

- 雙人入住 = 一週$300

(租金已包含全部水電網路/若有車我們會告訴你哪裡可以停)
