当然即使您在年中的其中一周打40个小时拿了$1000，交了300+每周的税，连续打了6周（6X1000=6000），然后您在财政年的时候就能把（300+X6）的税要回来，但是前提是老板给您交税了，因为如果他没给你交税，税务局没有收到他给您交的税，然后您又向税务局申请退税，税务局的自动检测软件检测不到重合的地方，就存在问题，
但是每年出问题的地方很多，税务局花人力物力查的成本又高，税务局会不会来花时间和精力查您，那又是另外一回事了
