一个朋友确诊为抑郁症已有一个多月，月初从国内来布里斯班，目前有一个GP，也在看中医针灸推拿，和心理辅导（一次），但仍感觉病情不可控制，请问有没有有经验的朋友分享下资源或方法？感谢！
