求租一离阿大近些的单间（出门到阿大时间最好不超过30分钟），租金加上bill最好不要超过130，时间不是太紧，10月20号前能入住就好。另外本人喜欢安静，室友最好别太多，最多平均2人用一个卫生间比较合适。

本人男生，马上进阿大读phd，23岁，江苏人，喜欢清洁安静些的环境。个人优点是性格和善好相处，真心待人，缺点是动作有点慢，呵呵。愿与有志向的朋友们共勉。phd要3-3.5年，房间合适的话会住很长时间的。哪位有合适的房间请联系我，谢谢了。
