地理位置
出租西区(Bagot Ave, Mile End)的一间12平米左右的单间。离city只有6站的距离，坐公车大概10分钟就能到达city。至于公车则是有大把路过，最多等15分钟一辆，一般5分钟就有。

附近购物非常方便，出门后左手边走路5分钟就是阿德最便宜超市foodland,对面隔着繁华的商业街Henley Beach Road便是亚洲超市，生活用品和食物一应俱全；出门往右手边走路5分钟就是另一个大超市woolworth,两边超市每天都有不同的东西打折，可以随心的去选。

房间是在后院，很安静，不会早上5点多就大太阳晒进来，喜欢睡觉的人的首选。

家庭成员
隔壁住的是一对夫妻，很安静，也很热情。再有就是房东太太一家，人口单纯，没有未成年的孩子。

房租
单人110刀一周包bill(水、电、煤气、宽带），双人再议。

家具
双人床，写字台连体书架，衣橱，床头柜，电视，地毯，窗帘，窗户外面都有围栏防盗。

最早10月19号可以入住
