具体要求如下：

1 city内300左右，city外200左右，有空调暖气（新房子这点尤其重要）。到阿大、唐人街交通方便。
2 两个卧室，有厅无厅均可。或者是两层或三层townhouse可以空出一层给两人住的，那我们不介意和别人一起住。总之，要保证独立空间。若是同住者是男生，希望有两套卫浴设施。
3 全家具（除了床上用品和碗筷之类的我们自带）
4 长租，至少6个月，假期回国而短租房间的请路过。
5 若在city外，到车站要近（中等步速5min左右），要附近购物方便，步行10min左右可去较大超市。从出门到进学校半小时之内
6 一定要干净整洁，尤其是合租的话，希望同住者卫生习惯良好，至少公共区要清洁
7 如果冰箱大那就更好了，若是city东或东北方向那就好极了，如果还能帮忙搬家，那我们就请你吃饭，O(∩_∩)O
8 12月上旬末至圣诞节之前可搬入，当然不要23、24那几日要我们搬，那时候会很忙，房子合适的话，最晚等到圣诞节后一周。

         要求已经写得很细致了，希望各位房东看看清楚哦~我们是两个女生，非常爱干净且安静好相处，诚心求长租。
         一句话，我们也不指望每一个条件都符合，但是至少要差不多啦~真的很合适的话，价格可议哦~
