房子新旧没有太大要求，只要不是过分差（通常都是可以接受的），有无空调也无所谓。但是要有冰箱，微波炉，洗衣机等一般常用家具。网络希望也可以是ADSL 2+的，房子大概住2-4人比较合适，最好2-3（最好都是女生）人。希望室友都是学生。房价大概在   ~120   左右。希望可以长租。
