超大客厅，家具全新，有中央空调，购物很方便，近burnside shopping center。早上没事可以去帝苑吃个早茶，顺道逛个街。。。哈哈~
ADSL2网络,很快。house一共4间，2间在客厅左边，2间在右边楼上，各有一个卫生间，互不打扰。要出租的房间在楼上，很安静。
4-5分钟步行到bus站，15分钟到阿大。
合同还有3个月，正好是个适应期，觉得舒服了可以续约，不习惯了可以搬走（不过应该不会不习惯吧，环境真的不错）。我当时就是需要3个月的房子，但是就是没找到，就只能签半年了，现在转租，机会难得啊~
