剛簽了3 的iphone 4 24個月合同兩天後 可以改細節嗎?/合約沒到期回國會怎樣?

簽的是iphone 4的32gb,他說要等4星期才有貨,而收費就會從9月初開始
但是發現32 gb有點大, 加上要給$49+$10 又好像不算特別便宜
現在想去轉 16gb的,改為 $29+$12(<--應該是$18) 的

有哪位知道這樣改合同可以嗎?

還有,如果我在兩年合同的中間走的話,
是要付足$49+$10 * 12 那麼多嗎? 有折扣嗎?
不付的最嚴重後果是?
