房间是大主卧，有自带的换衣和放衣服的小房间，环境安静，很干净，阳光充足

房子有车库，后院，两个卫生间，小洗衣间

走路5-7分钟到TEA TREE PLAZA shopping centre 和 bus interchange,有二十几种车到CITY，只需不到二十分钟就可以到CITY，无论半夜还是周末假日都有很多车。交通购物十分方便

这边走的是O-Bahn（像铁道一样的线路），从CITY出发第一站到Klemzig,第二站是Paradise,第三站就到TEA TREE这边了，通常就十五分钟，早上有一半的车都是直达CITY的，中间不停的，住过这边的人都知道，很快的。


66刀每周，也可以280刀一个月，比较喜欢算月的，周太麻烦。
不包BILL，想想还是不包比较好，这样会减少浪费，也避免矛盾，房子一共住四个人，所以四个人share的话，每个周大概是块左右。

因为本人自己住晚上会有点怕，所以想找一女生一起住，希望找到一个位好相处，干净，开朗，大方的女生，我自己个性很开朗，所以也不习惯斤斤计较的人，本人是UNISA的学生，所以也希望找到一位学生，可以在学习上互相帮忙，共勉，呵呵~~~

本人无不良嗜好，作息时间正常~~~
